Delete your Vojo account and data

Delete in the App
- Open Vojo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile, scroll to Danger Zone, and choose Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, type the requested confirmation text, and confirm deletion.
Request deletion without the App
Email vojo.info.dev@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Vojo account, using the subject “Vojo Account Deletion Request”. Tell us whether you signed in with Apple or Google. We may request limited verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Do not send a password or identity document unless we provide a secure method.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the active Vojo account, profile, user-owned ride and participation records where applicable, garage records, AI conversations and generated records stored in Vojo, push tokens, and user-owned uploaded garage or diagnostic photos. Content may instead be anonymized where deleting it would affect another user's legitimate record.
What may be retained
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, moderation, support, or legal records in Vojo's primary datastore may be retained when required or reasonably necessary, normally for no longer than 24 months unless law or an active dispute requires longer. A minimal registry of reporter and Telegram message identifiers may be retained after report snapshots are removed so privacy requests can be handled. Full-context copies of reports delivered to Vojo's private Telegram administrator chat are not deleted automatically; contact us with a privacy request so the relevant Telegram messages can be reviewed and removed manually where applicable. Isolated disaster-recovery backups are overwritten on the infrastructure provider's normal schedule. Store purchase history is controlled by Apple or Google.
