Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between you and Faiz Mamutov, the independent developer operating Vojo ("Vojo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Vojo.

2. The service

Vojo helps riders discover, create, join, and share motorcycle rides; manage motorcycle, odometer, component, maintenance, photo, reminder, and emergency-contact records; and optionally use AI-assisted workshop features. Features may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party services and device permissions.

3. Account responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, protect access to your Google or Apple sign-in, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
  • Use one personal account unless we approve otherwise. Do not sell, transfer, automate, scrape, or misuse an account.
  • You are responsible for content and actions performed through your account.

4. Rides and motorcycle safety

Vojo is a communications and record-keeping platform. We do not organize, lead, inspect, certify, or supervise rides, riders, routes, motorcycles, repairs, parts, or service providers. We do not verify licenses, insurance, identity, skill, road conditions, or user claims.

  • Motorcycling, group rides, roadside work, and repairs carry serious risk of property damage, injury, and death. Participate and act at your own risk.
  • Obey traffic law; use proper licensing, insurance, protective equipment, and judgment; verify meeting points, participants, weather, route, and road conditions.
  • Do not operate the App while riding. Stop safely before using a device.
  • Garage records, reminders, emergency-contact features, AI output, and notifications are convenience tools and may be delayed, wrong, or unavailable. They are not emergency services or professional inspections.

5. User content and public sharing

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Vojo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt for display, and make that content available only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the features you choose. This includes displaying published rides to users and, when you use an external share link, to anyone with that link. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups, content already shared by others, and evidence needed to resolve abuse or disputes.

Do not publish personal data, images, routes, contact details, or confidential material unless you have the necessary rights and understand the intended audience. You represent that your content is lawful and does not infringe another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

6. Acceptable use and moderation

You may not post or facilitate threats, harassment, hate, discrimination, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, illegal activity, dangerous riding, fraud, spam, impersonation, malware, privacy violations, or misleading ride information. You may not interfere with security, reverse engineer where prohibited use applies, evade restrictions, or access data without authorization.

Use the in-app report tools or email vojo.info.dev@gmail.com to report abuse. You can block a rider where that control is available. We may investigate, hide or remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or notify authorities. Automated thresholds may temporarily hide heavily reported content pending review. We do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be detected before you see it.

7. AI-assisted features

AI features may send the motorcycle/maintenance details, text, and photos needed for your request to Vojo's backend and the AI provider identified in the Privacy Policy. We request separate permission before third-party AI sharing. Do not include unnecessary personal or confidential information.

AI OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OUTDATED, OR UNSAFE. IT IS INFORMATIONAL ONLY AND IS NOT PROFESSIONAL MECHANICAL, SAFETY, MEDICAL, OR LEGAL ADVICE. DO NOT RELY ON IT FOR SAFETY-CRITICAL DECISIONS. BRAKES, TIRES, STEERING, SUSPENSION, FUEL, ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, STRUCTURAL DAMAGE, AND ANY UNCERTAIN REPAIR SHOULD BE INSPECTED BY A QUALIFIED MECHANIC.

Use the in-app “Report AI response” control if an AI result is dangerous, incorrect, abusive, unlawful, exposes personal data, or otherwise inappropriate. We use these reports for safety review and may restrict unsafe output patterns.

8. Purchases, subscriptions, and free usage

Core functionality is available without a Pro purchase. A Free account receives three successful AI requests in total across all AI-assisted functions. Vojo Pro receives 40 successful AI requests per calendar month measured in UTC. A successful request is one that returns a usable AI result; a handled failure does not consume the Free or Pro quota. To prevent abuse, all accounts are limited to 50 AI attempts in any rolling 24-hour period.

  • Vojo Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Available products, local price, taxes, trial or introductory terms, and billing period are displayed by Apple or Google before confirmation.
  • Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in your Apple App Store or Google Play account within the period shown by the store. Deleting Vojo or your Vojo account does not cancel a store subscription.
  • Apple or Google processes payments and refunds under its rules. Restore Purchases can recover eligible purchases made with the same store account.

Our Subscription Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Third-party services

Vojo depends on services such as Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Expo, navigation providers, and image providers. Their terms and policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, decisions, or changes, except where applicable law says otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

Except for user content and third-party material, the Vojo software, design, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the App personally under these Terms. No other rights are granted.

11. Suspension, deletion, and service changes

You may delete your account through Profile → Danger Zone or the web deletion process. Delete or export content you want to keep first, and separately cancel any store subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, illegality, security risk, or where necessary to protect users or the service. We may discontinue features or the service with reasonable notice where practical.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOJO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SAFETY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR LOSS ARISING FROM USER CONDUCT, RIDES, ROUTES, REPAIRS, AI OUTPUT, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID VOJO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 100. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED, INCLUDING WHERE APPLICABLE FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, DEATH, OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.

14. Changes and mandatory rights

We may update these Terms for new features, legal requirements, security, or service changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes and request renewed agreement where required. If you disagree, stop using Vojo and delete your account before the change takes effect.

Applicable law governs these Terms. Nothing here deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or access to a court or regulator that has mandatory jurisdiction in the consumer's country. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
